I know the penalty in Ohio for statutory rape. But what is the penalty for alleged statutory rape?
Apparently, in North Carolina, a man has been charged with alleged statutory rape.
Headlines like this one are proof of why most journalists are stuck at the city-level covering flower and dog shows. Or they get a beeline to CNN for their "courageous reporting".
